of the North Carolina Bar Association. Mr. Worth concentrates
on business transactions, tax law, tax controversies
and litigation and estate planning. His practice is
conducted throughout North Carolina and he has developed
special expertise in the tax law of Conservation Easements.
He regularly lectures on tax and estate planning matters
and has provided technical manuscripts on Conservation
Easements to programs sponsored by the North Carolina
Bar Association, North Carolina State University and
various land trusts throughout North Carolina. He has been
on the Board of Directors of the National Committee
for the New River and the High Lonesome Strings Bluegrass

law. She also conducts a separate practice in family law

MARGARET ANDREWS |

County, North Carolina. Margaret is the firm Office
Manager and Legal Assistant to Mr. Worth and Ms.
Forbes. She assists with estate administration
and the preparation of estate planning documents
and Corporate & Limited Liability business setup
and compliance. |
She has an accounting background
and has attended specialized training seminars and
courses in estate administration, employee benefits and
payroll management, as well as various computer software
programs. Her prior business experience was as an office/accounting
manager for over twenty five years in the areas of retail sales, customer service
and customer relations. |
